David O. Russell Transgender Case Closed No Charges Filed

"The Fighter" administrator David O. Russell won't face bent accuse for affecting his transgender niece's breasts aftermost ages ... at atomic for now -- this according to the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

A rep for the Sheriff's Office tells TMZ, the analysis has been assured and the case has been closed. According to the rep, cops will not be apropos the case to the State's Attorney "because it's an accusation of simple array that was not witnessed by law enforcement."

The rep adds, the declared victim can still booty her case to the State's Attorney on her own for their application -- which agency it's still possible, although unlikely, that accuse could be filed in the future.

As we ahead reported, Russell's 19-year-old niece -- a transgender changeable -- told badge her acclaimed uncle acquainted her breasts during a conditioning affair at a Florida auberge gym. Cops say Russell accepted he affected her chest, but insisted he had consent.
